Reyne is a quiet, unassuming horse, who often comes off as uninteresting and possibly even stupid at times. He is actually very clever and very dangerous, having spent his life as an assassin. But he's defected from his order/herd and is on the run from them; he needs to keep moving or risk getting caught. He isn't a leader, but it's unlikely he'll ever find it in himself to serve another ever again. It is possible that he's gone slightly mad, since he sometimes talks to himself, but perhaps he's just getting senile.

Vanish is dedicated to her herd, order, and duty. She is not a cruel, ill-tempered, or insane horse, nor does she enjoy killing; she simply believes in the necessity of death, and that it doesn't matter when or how it comes. She does not kill foals, that would be pointless, but neither does she become very distraught if they die naturally. She has trouble understanding the subtleties of social interaction and can come off as a bitch, but she's actually not that bad if you gain her trust and respect.

Hmm, perhaps. I like to rp characters together before making an absolute decision on that kind of relationship, so let's definitely get them together to see how they interact. I do like the idea though, I could see them as mates. But, because of her loyalty to her current herd, it would take a while for her to really decide to leave them.
